The voting results are in! Which soundtrack did you choose?

From the beginning of August until yesterday, you had the chance to vote in our poll on which soundtrack you would like to hear at the upcoming concert Hollywood Music: Jerry Goldsmith & Basil Poledouris (October 4th, 2026). You effectively became the programmers of our lineup. It was a fierce battle between The Mummy and The Hunt for Red October—both boasting magnificent scores from the two featured composers. So, who won?

Throughout the voting, it looked like a clear victory for Jerry Goldsmith’s The Mummy. However, The Hunt for Red October staged a massive final rally. Thanks to this tight race and your fantastic feedback (which we greatly appreciate!), we decided to include BOTH titles in the concert program. These soundtracks truly deserve a live performance by the Hradec Králové Philharmonic Orchestra.
